About the school
Eschol Park Public School has been providing quality education for all its students since 1985. The school focuses on the whole child, academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring that every student achieves success and reaches their potential. A caring, safe, and flexible learning environment is cultivated with a focus on individual needs, making it an inclusive institution that successfully meets the varied needs of its students. Notably, 33% of the student population comes from language backgrounds other than English, representing 27 different languages, and 5% are from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Interactive Whiteboards in every classroom, a large computer lab, and video conferencing facilities, the school is modern and well-resourced. The adjoining school hall and large Council sporting fields enhance community usage and involvement. Eschol Park Public School places a strong emphasis on Literacy and Numeracy and offers a plethora of programs including public speaking, choir, dance and drama, CPR training, fitness initiatives, and leadership development through the School Parliament.
The school also actively participates in various challenges and competitions such as the Premier's Sporting Challenge and Reading Challenge. Eschol Park Public School has an extensive transition program that ensures a smooth transition to both Kindergarten and High School.
