About the school
Dubbo College Senior Campus was established in the year 2000 as a senior co-educational campus, forming part of the three-collegiate Dubbo College. The school caters to students in Years 10 to 12 and is committed to meeting the needs of a culturally diverse and increasingly technological society, with approximately 20% of students identifying as Aboriginal. The primary aim of the school is to foster individual growth in an inclusive, caring, challenging, and adult-like environment.
Facilities and Curriculum
The Senior Campus boasts modern state-of-the-art facilities, including specialist rooms for computing, technology, and performance arts, as well as a lecture theatre, workshops, and laboratories. The extensive curriculum offers a range of Board of Studies (BOS), Higher School Certificate (HSC), and Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses, along with TAFE delivered VET options. Additionally, the school facilitates school-based traineeships and apprenticeships in partnership with the Central West Trade College, with new trade facilities being developed for hospitality, metalwork, engineering, and construction.
