Fairvale High School is a very large, dynamic, multicultural high school located in the Fairfield West area. The school's core values are founded on tradition, care, and innovation, creating a supportive environment that fosters learning across a diverse range of academic, sporting, and vocational subjects. Fairvale High School has a stellar reputation for its achievements in many areas, particularly in extension opportunities for students in Mathematics, English, History, and the creative and performing arts. Selected students are provided with the chance to participate in advanced Mathematics programs, completing their 2 unit HSC by the end of Year 11.
The school's Vocational Education program encompasses a variety of fields, including Hospitality, Construction, Retail Services, Business Services, and Information Technology. Fairvale High School ensures support for student progress through technology, literacy, and numeracy programs delivered across all Key Learning Areas (KLAs), along with integrated sport and welfare initiatives.
