About the school
Billabong High School is a rural comprehensive high school located in the Greater Hume Shire between Albury and Wagga Wagga. With approximately 350 students and a teaching staff allocation of 37.4 for 2024, the school provides a nurturing educational environment on Wiradjuri land. Eleven percent of the students identify as having an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background, emphasising the school's commitment to inclusivity.

The school focuses on achieving excellence through the School Excellence Framework by driving literacy and numeracy growth and fostering collaborative practices. With a broad range of teachers at different career stages, the school actively seeks higher accreditation and continual improvement in teaching methodologies.
Supportive Environment
