Kandos High School is a vibrant, co-educational institution serving the communities of Kandos, Rylstone, and surrounding rural areas. The recent major upgrade of school facilities includes a Multi Purpose Centre, equipped with state-of-the-art sporting and performing arts amenities, and enhancements to Hospitality and Metal and Engineering vocational education facilities through the Federal Government's Trade Training Centre initiative. Furthermore, a new library and science block have been constructed, enriching the educational experience for students.
