Sutherland Public School is a historic institution established in 1887, located in the heart of the Sutherland administrative and shopping precinct. This heritage-listed school is easily accessible via major rail and bus hubs, providing a convenient location for students and families. With an inclusive, dynamic, and student-centred approach, the school proudly supports a diverse community of 225 students across nine classes.
Learning Environment
The school provides a safe and happy learning environment, emphasising the importance of motivation and achievement. The school motto, Endeavour, represents the aspiration for every child to maximise their potential. In addition to a strong academic curriculum, Sutherland Public School features an active student leadership program, Peer Support Program, and a Student Representative Council, enhancing student engagement and community involvement.
