About the school
Bungendore High School is a public, comprehensive, co-educational high school that opened its doors in a temporary site for Year 7 and 8 students in 2023. It is situated at the corner of Majara Street and Kings Highway, Bungendore, and plans to welcome students in Years 7 through 11 across temporary campuses in 2026. A new permanent building is set to open on Birchfield Drive in 2027 as part of the NSW Government's plan to enhance public education in regional areas. The school fosters a supportive environment where every student feels safe, included, and confident from their very first day.

The school promotes a culture of 'We are Crew', emphasising teamwork and mutual support among students. With a commitment to developing students’ habits of character in Empowerment, Perseverance, Integrity, and Community (EPIC), Bungendore High School encourages personal growth and responsibility.
