About the school
Cambridge Park Public School started its journey in February 1958, officially opening on 9 August of the same year under the guidance of Principal Mr Maroney with two assistant teachers and 97 students. The school's facilities have grown significantly over the years, catering to a current enrolment of over 525 students along with 40 preschoolers. It operates 18 mainstream classes and three support classes, facilitated by a dedicated full-time teaching staff of 21, supplemented by two non-teaching executive members and a support teacher for learning difficulties. A network of nine school learning support officers further enhances the educational experience, particularly within the special education unit and integration programs.

Cambridge Park Public School is part of the Penrith District and prides itself on fostering teamwork among staff, students, and parents. The school focuses on promoting Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) values, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
