Batemans Bay Public School is located on the South Coast of NSW, on the traditional lands of the Walbanga people of the Yuin Nation. The school serves approximately 500 mainstream students and proudly promotes inclusivity, housing four inclusion classes for students with varying needs. Approximately 30% of the student body comes from an Aboriginal background, reflecting the diverse cultural and socioeconomic demographics of the local community. In addition to its primary education offerings, the school also hosts Mundarra Preschool, catering to 40 students across two groups in the year leading up to Kindergarten.
The dedicated teaching staff at Batemans Bay Public School are committed to continuous professional development and whole school improvement. Strong partnerships with parents and the Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (AECG) enhance the school’s educational environment.
