The Rock Central School caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 10, serving the township of The Rock and the surrounding rural area. Students are transported daily via three buses from nearby regions such as Tootool, French Park, Collingullie, Uranquinty, Yerong Creek, and Maxwell. The school aims to deliver a curriculum that is relevant, meaningful, and enjoyable, empowering children to reach their social and academic potential and to play their rightful role in society.
